WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are conveniently located on the border of the Canton and Highlandtown neighborhoods in Southeast Baltimore at 512 S. Conkling St.

ARE YOU A CHAIN?

Nope! We are a locally owned and operated studio. We want to ensure that we put all our time and energy into making our studio a state-of-the-art facility with top-notch instructors and the best strength and conditioning interval training the area has to offer. 

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM A CLASS AT A GYM?

We specialize in one specific training style, strength and conditioning interval training, and have it down to a science. Not only that, our training and workouts are based on science. Our classes are kept to a small size so that everyone has their place and space in the studio and there is more individual attention and focus from the coach than you would experience in a standard gym class. All of our coaches have current certifications and are thoroughly trained in their discipline. You won't get the same experience or results in your standard gym group fitness class that you will get in a PEAK Performance Interval Training Strength & Conditioning class.

WHAT TYPES OF CLASSES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer and specialize in two formats of classes, 55-minute strength and conditioning interval training or strength-specific training classes. Classes vary day to day, so you're never doing the same workout twice and incorporate variability so that you can attend class daily without the risk of overtraining and reduced chance of injury.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY?

You can cancel a reservation up to six hours before class start time without penalty. Cancellations less than six hours from class time will result in a $10 late cancel fee, for those on an unlimited plan. A no-show will result in a $15 no-show fee. Holders of class packs will forfeit their reserved class session. We understand that occasionally things happen beyond control, so we allow one late cancel before assessing a penalty.

THIS IS MY FIRST CLASS - CAN I KEEP UP?

Our classes are designed to provide an experience that will challenge the first-timers as well as the seasoned clients based on their level of comfort. Each always has full control of their resistance level, which dictates the intensity of the workout. When we workout together, we support each other in the class, whether you've never done it before or you do it every day. If you aren't able to do everything during your first class, you are free to modify to your own comfort level. This workout was designed with you in mind to get the most out of it you are able.

Best HIIT I've done...maybe EVER!

Every class there are new workouts I have never done before, and from being a fitness guru for many years- that is VERY impressive! The place is also very friendly, clean, and I love the options of memberships and classes- I highly recommend checking this out if you haven't already!

PEAK is great!

BEST Way to start the day!
