PEAK Boot Camp Continues at Patterson Park

Guess what’s tomorrow? BOOT CAMP TIME! Join us Saturday mornings throughout October for FREE Boot Camp at the Park! Meet us on the corner of Eastern and Linwood at 8 a.m. for a heart-pounding, calorie-burning, muscle-building session!

Boot Camp will consist of high-intensity cardio exercises and plyometric exercises focusing on strength training with short bursts of high-intensity training, similar to a regular PEAK session (while enjoying the beautiful weather!). Just look for Paul in his bright red PEAK shirt and be ready to sweat!

Classes are dependent on weather, and we will send updates through Facebook and Twitter by 7:30 a.m. the morning of. See you there!
