Everyone has to start before they reach their peak

Here are some tips to make the most out of your first session:

  • Arrive 5 – 10 minutes early. Late entrance is not allowed.
  • Wear fitting athletic clothing and footwear.
  • Stay hydrated! Before, during and after. Bring a bottle to fill at our water cooler or purchase bottled water.
  • We’ve got cubbies for storing belongings, complimentary clean towels because we know you’ll need them, and antibacterial wipes to clean off equipment when you’re done.
  • Avoid body sprays and perfumes, some people have allergies – but please do apply deodorant!
  • Our instructors are there to guide you or help with modifications for any of your needs. Let them know if you’re pregnant or nursing an injury so they can help!
  • Always work within your personal limits. Push yourself, but pace yourself. Be non-judgmental to yourself and others. Have an open mind to new exercises.

What is it that makes our workouts work? It's pretty simple. Don't forget, it's also empowering, exhilarating, and effective.

55-MINUTE SESSIONS

Our training sessions pack a powerful punch, and they don't even take a full hour. That's less than 4% of your day. And you will feel 100% better about yourself once you finish your workout.

INTERVAL TRAINING

Based on exercise science, our interval training sessions incorporate a variety of exercises with short bouts of rest to give you the best calorie burn during (and up to 36 hours after) the training session.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Train your body to be the lean, mean fat-burning machine it is capable of being! Our workouts change daily and are formulated to be a full-body workout so that you're continually improving.  

GUIDANCE, NO GUESSING

Our professional coaches put in the work to design the perfect workout, so all you have to do is show up and sweat. They are there to guide you, instruct as needed, and motivate you to keep it up!
