PEAK’s interval-training style workouts are the best bang (and burn) for your buck. Based on the physiological principle of EPOC, Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption, our workouts combine strength and conditioning in rounds of high-intensity intervals with short bursts of recovery to create the afterburn effect, igniting the metabolism for up to 24-36 hours after the workout.

Combine 55-minutes of solid effort in our awesome training workouts with some serious EPOC, and that’s an average of 500 to 1,000 calories torched with one session.

PEAK Performance Interval Training operates on some important principles:

  • Your time is valuable. 55 minutes is all it takes to get in a serious total body workout and we offer flexible workout times from early mornings to the evenings and weekend workouts.
  • Fitness doesn’t have to cost a lot. Our training sessions are designed to give you the type of workout you would get with personal training, without the expensive cost of a trainer. Plus we offer workout packs and membership options to accommodate your budget.

55-MINUTE SESSIONS

Our training sessions pack a powerful punch, and they don't even take a full hour. That's less than 4% of your day. And you will feel 100% better about yourself once you finish your workout.

INTERVAL TRAINING

Based on exercise science, our interval training sessions incorporate a variety of exercises with short bouts of rest to give you the best calorie burn during (and up to 36 hours after) the training session.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Best HIIT I've done...maybe EVER!

Every session there are new workouts I have never done before, and from being a fitness guru for many years- that is VERY impressive! The place is also very friendly, clean, and I love the options of memberships and workouts- I highly recommend checking this out if you haven't already!
